You can get an iPod Touch and buy an F.M. adapter that plugs into the bottom of the iPod. If you haven't bought an iPod Touch yet, I would wait until they come out with the next generation (4th) because many anticipate there will be a camera (if not two; a camera on the back and a front facing camera for FaceTime).

If you do not want to buy an ad-on for it, you can buy a Zune. But don't get a Walkman. I bought one before my iPod Touch and I hated it! The music player kept crashing when it would be halfway through a song.
